It is important to keep in mind that this satisfaction guarantee only applies to the first hour of tutoring. To my knowledge, this time frame gives the student an adequate amount of time to decide if the session is helpful. If the student is not satisfied with the first hour of tutoring received, please contact me immediately and I will refund you the fee of this first hour. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available to other students. In order to be respectful to your tutor and fellow students, please call or send a text to Mathwiser at (714) 717-7899 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. It is required that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another student access to that appointment time.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a student misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case there will be a $24 missed appointment fee.
